Bude were finally able to field a full strength side after losing their opening three games and they soon got to work with Steve Thompson opening the scoring after 10 minutes when a superb early strike from 20 yards out struck the inside of the post and in. Bude continued to dominate and were soon two and three nil up with close range strikes from Keith Feltham and Josh Allen.  Feltham added his second just before half time to see the Bude side go in at four nil at half time.  Bude eased off in the second half as the pace slowed but still controlled much of the half and finished the game off in style when a John Clayton cross from the left found a perfectly timed run by Jordan White who brought the ball down in to his path and finished with style.
