This was the  first time these two first team sides had played against each other in a competitive match for a long time, but this derby was a very entertaining match.  Bude were comfortable for the opening 30 minutes, but created few chances.  Moostow were awarded a penalty towards the end of the half and Keith Cornish scored with a well taken spot kick.  They soon scored a second, a quickly taken  corner kick was played in and cleared to the edge of the box, a shot came back in and Djamel Boushala improvised with a flick between his own legs and in to the goal.  The home side made it three from a free kick after 65 mins.  The ball was played in to the box and Alex Boardman leapt well to head in from close range.  Bude replied well continuing to play football with Dan Balsdon striking the post, but the Moostow back line rarely faltered to record a clean sheet and get one over on their local rivals.
