League Cup Group D Match

Bude produced a great start to their league cup campaign with a solid display in this Group D match.  An even but eventful first half saw both teams creating chances, but there were no goals until early in the second half, Budes Simon Chadwick put a free kick in to the box from the right and defender Wayne Cornish was on hand to bundle the ball over the line from yards out.  Bude continued to press Camelford back and were rewarded with their hard work in the 80th minute when Jason Ferrett threaded in substitute Adam Cornish who timed his run to go free of the defence and poke the ball past the keeper, on to the far post and in to the back of the net and settle the game.
