Bere Alston 2      Bude 2 

Bude earnt a hard fought draw against a strong and experienced Bere Alston side and were one down after 10 minutes, James Crawford threaded the ball through to Zak Beesley from just outside the box and slip the ball past keeper Matt Warburton, Bere Alston controlled large chunks of the midfield area but had as few chances as Bude in the first half.  Bude equlaised early in to the second half when Chris Ward struck from 25 yards out, home keeper Craig Howells saved but spilled the ball and Norman Foster reacted quickly to tap in the error.  Bude were on top for a period but were left napping when the ball fell on the edge of the box to unmarked Ross ham struck a superb volley in to the top left hand corner.  Bere Alston piled on the pressure and were denied by two excellent Warburton saves and the goal post.  Bude rode out the danger though and equalised with just minutes remaining, the lively substitute Steve Box cut in from the left and shot to the near post which the keeper got a hand to but could only push the strike on the post and in to the back of the net.
